out of researches, i know now here it is like this: when recieve a package from abroad, it must have an invoice in spanish, and every post office has an own customs department inside. Packages arrive not at your house they arrive at the post office. you have to be registered there, with phone number and they message you if something arrives. then you have to go there and open it with them together. It was even not easy to find such information.
is it in mexico easy to get the required stuff imported? or maybe in guatemala if someone knows?

In step 4, are the sodium and bromopentane mixed in first, or are they mixed into the mixture one by one?
And the step 7, what does it mean that the aluminum oxide is filtered first? Is aluminum mixed into mixtured first or what?
And also during the reflux process, what temperature should we use?
Please explain in more detail step 8.
