Hello i have made sulfat by oil but i did too much acid in it. My ph is by 5,8 and i wanted 6,5 or anything like that. I have putted in the fridge. How can i get the ph up to 6,5? I dont have oil left to put it in.. can anyone help ?

Add a little bit off caustic soda and stir , your ph will go up.
Or you can make it base again with a caustic soda solution and do it all over

Amphetamine is a weak base and sulfuric acid is a strong acid, hence amphetamine sulfate is expected to be slightly acidic (5-6 pH). Unless the colour of the powder is pink, you didn’t overacidify it and there’s no need to do anything - don’t try to fix something that isn’t broken.
