Hi to All ... I Cooked Ephedrine extracted from ECA Stack Pills buyed from Nutrija an India store(Ephedrine + Caffeine + Yohimbine) ...
then I cooked it in small batch with Red Phospous+Iodine Moscow Route , and another batch with CZech route with Red phosporus Phosphoric Acid and Iodine cooked in1 hour ...
Reaction in happened but with low Yeld almost 25% ... and the final product when I do the ReCrystallization it forms Crystals But they Are long, thin, pointed and form a sort of "soft fabric" to the touch... Then I Read UNCLE FESTER 8.0 Ed book... and i found that from 2005 almost Every kind of EPhedrin Pills it's binded with a kind of High tech gum Polymers ... and he found that you could broke them only with KOH boiling it in Isopropyl Alcohol with the Ephedrine ... So I found KOH and I do This procedure ... and effectively it forms a Dark Brown Oil on the Bottom with all The Gum polymers that I have trhow away ... And I exttracted the Clear part of solution with naphta and gave me 0 purified Ephedrine ...Then I Tried with DCM and it gave me only 10 % of Yeld of Ephedrine ... UnCLE FESTER use Toluene for this passage ... Is it possible that is the only solvent that gave a Good YEld ???
I wasted almost 100 EURO pills trying to have Pure Ephedrine Crystals ... and I Have Nothing ... Could you tell me A way to obtain it ? Even ready made ... Because I have Iodine and pure red Phosporus to cook almost 10-20 Grams of Ephedrine ...
it's the only ingredient that's missing...

Are you sure you are extracting only ephedrine from the medicine (ECA stack), because the medicine contains 3 other substances? Maybe your extraction of ephedrine is incorrect or there are impurities from the other substances.
It is better to extract ephedrine from another medicine if you can (a medicine that contains only ephedrine or pseudoephedrine with another compound)

Yep .. I easily extract Ephedrine from other ingredients for sedimentation and different solubility : Caffeine is in very fine powder and solve immediatly ... ephedrine is in small rocks and go on the bottom of the flask .. The problem is at a molecular level ... In gum polymers bonding Ephedrine molecule

About your method, I wouldn't base my purification only in the Uncle Fester's book, cause the pills' bulk have evolved since the book was written. Try to check another method right here to extract ephedrine (or pseudo, you will need to know which one is on it just to be sure), considering you have 2 or 3 more active substances in it. Uptade your method, try on a smaller quantity of pills, and if it works, scale up your extraction! Doing this, you will waste only a small amount of ephedrine if you fail.

Yes, these gentlemen are correct. You should choose a product which has ep/pse as the only active/main ingredient, or otherwise whatever is going to be the most easy or efficient product to extract and isolate for reduction. However, maybe this IS your best available product?

As far as what Fester is doing or talking about, it is not in context with extracting pills. It seems, I think, you may have misunderstood what he is explaining to talking about. Also, when dealing with 3 main ingredients, you can't just assume because one dissolves, one sinks and another floats, that that are easily separable and will be in good purity.

Don't be in such a rush to hurry up and cook. Take some time and read and learn and understand the whole procedure and safety and just keep studying and trying to experiment and work your way up. You want to know what to do without having to think about it. You want to have a level of familiarity and comfortability so you dont panic or hesitate not if but WHEN something goes wrong or an accident happens. For extractions you will want to get very familiar with acid/base and how they work and using different chemicals to manipulate and clean your desired product. If you can distill, especially with vacuum, that would be best for obtaining purity.

Hey ... Thank you for the Video and for inciting me to continue in my study of chemistry ... Now returning to the ECA pills ... I'm completely Sure that I can in 10 minutes separate The ingredients and Obtain the Ephedrine ( The quantity of 100 pills is exactly 5 grams) and in fact i could operate a Crystallization with the product and Isoprpyl Alcool ... But it don't forms Big Crystals but forms long, thin, pointed crystals that together form a sort of "soft fabric" to the touch... But it 's Ephedrine because effect on my mind and body are pretty strong and Clean ... I cooked Meth with this stuff and I obtain the result but with very low Yeld (20-30%) and with the same strange crystals formation ... I'm almost sure that is some well studied Polymeric Binding performed to prevent Meth Cooking ... But I don't know How to destroy that ... I think that Uncle Fester say right there is a chapter where he explain his War against Big Tech Pharma that In Years evolved their trick to make Pseudo and Ephedrine not for Meth cooking ... But It's updated to almost 10 Years ago ... Maybe they have upgraded their formula ... Amen ... I will find Other ways to Obtain Ephedrine ....an if you know how to obtain from 10 to 25 grams of pure Ephedrine /Pseudo ready to use , i will pay ... Thanks in advance
