Like with anything else: dissolve it in the right solvent and let the solvent evaporate without disturbing the solution in the process.
Phenacetin does not dissolve in water. I could find that it dissolves well in pyrimidine, other solvents that work are acetone or chloroform. Based on a quick search, acetone is probably the easiest to get so that would be my first choice.
