trying to extract pseudoephedrine from pills using only water hasn't worked very well since about 1990. There are about a dozen different chemicals they add to pills to make that impossible. If you take a picture of the ingredient list we'll see which methods they are using in those specific pills and be able to suggest an extraction. There's also a thread on this forum that offers a few methods which work in most scenarios

this is the composition of the tablets: Triprolidine hydrochloride 2.5 mg tablet + pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60 mg Excipients: lactose monohydrate, starch, magnesium stearate, povidone and water.
