why after extraction with petroleum ether the free base of amphetamine has a ph of 8-9? Will it be able to raise the ph to 13 if I wash the oil with a water solution?

I don't need it… but people who have a demand for a-oil say it's good if it has a ph 13 and a weight of 980g / liter… you won't translate them otherwise. therefore hence my question
how much should a liter of the free base weigh? 913?

I read somewhere that adding p2np must be reasonably efficient ... at my friend's 250g tabs take about 15-20min ... cooling in the first stage is at 15-25 degrees ... the end result is 200ml of oil with 250g of p2np

You have a schedule for 250g P2NP

250g p2e.g
370g nabh4
1500ml h2o / 3000ml ipa / ethanol
25g cucl2 in 80 ml h2o
500g of naoh in 2000ml of h2o

Add nabh4 to the water / ip solution, turn on the mixing. Put the Kolbe in a tank with cold water and ice. We add p2np in portions. After about half of the p2np is added, the reaction will stabilize and you can add more quickly.
notes: step one adding p2np keep at 20-30 degrees. this will give you the ability to add all p2np fairly quickly ...
After adding everything, mix for 5-10 minutes.
Add cucl2 solution at once, mix for 10 minutes, connect the coolers. We turn on the heating of 70-80 degrees. We heat for 30 minutes.
After this time, take the butt out to cool down. Pour the solution and clean it from copper residues.
Add slowly while mixing the naoh solution.
Two layers are formed.
We pull off the top layer. Pour into a clean flask, evaporate the alcohol to 95-97 degrees.
Pour the oil into a dark glass and put it in the freezer for a few hours to let it cool down
250g of p2np should produce about 200ml of free base amf ...
