Grow report on seeds from American kush

Hi to all cannabis fans and growers
So, I bought weed and it had 6 seeds (7 but I lost one) and remembering that I have growed something 2 months ago I wanna try it again but w/ other strain

I have some basic equipment rn: flower pot, led ultraviolet light, thermometer. soil, perlite, expanded clay.

Rn my seeds are in water and im waiting for them to get down
