We’re inviting sellers to join the closed beta testing of our platform. Please share any feedback, comments, or suggestions in this thread. We’ll do our best to take all feedback into account to improve the platform.

At this stage, products in the catalog will be sorted by the date they were added. Later, the sorting will be based on buyer ratings, the number of transactions, and other performance metrics. Products with 5 or more DeapDrops in the same city will be prioritized and appear near the top of the catalog.

Note: Please don’t try to manipulate this system to secure top spots. Our internal moderation system will prevent duplicate addresses from being uploaded.

To test financial transactions, go to your wallet, select your preferred currency, and click Deposit, then Deposit for test. This will allow you to simulate transactions without using real funds.

To list a product, start by creating a listing, then add a name, select a category, write a description, and upload photos. Once submitted, your product will go through moderation. After approval, you’ll need to add post-delivery details (e.g., DeadDrops locations). Once these are approved by a moderator, you can publish the product, and it will appear in the catalog.

Sellers are not allowed to purchase their own products. This rule is in place to prevent rating manipulation and ensure quality through the rating system.

At the end of the testing period and before the public launch, all balances, seller performance metrics, and reviews will be reset. During the beta, products will undergo automatic moderation. However, upon the official launch, all products will be removed and re-moderated manually to ensure quality and compliance.

For now, product listings are free for verified sellers during the beta phase. This is a great opportunity to test the platform without any upfront cost.

Site works fine so far, i like the Idea of adding Drops in Bulk via csv, same possible for items /catalogue?

Regarding Dead drops
... My concerns:
- if i create a dd i guess item lies there for a while, since traffic on Page wont be tht big AT beginning i guess and also u need a customer who a) Looks for exactly this one item, hast to like ur offer / Price and needs to be from around.

Wouldnt that be a lot of coincidences for a dd to be emptied?

Also what Do i Do if customer just Pick up goods, then claim DD was empty?

What if a DD gets found by wrong Person / Kids?


what i would change:

- categories:
-- delete a-pvp from under stimulants
-- add New Main category "RC / research chemicals" since its a huge Market...
With subcategories "stims, downers ect" or
item directly "A-phip, NEP, Bromazolam"
-- be More specific @ pharmacy = more subcategories

Choose the right places where you do DDs. Avoid places where children are playing. For example, never make DDs in playgrounds, or hide the product in children's toys or sweets. Try to hide the product so that no one can find it unless they know the exact description and coordinates.

If the buyer says the DD was empty, well the situation is the same as when a buyer says there was no product in the letter There is a dispute system for that

Another question.... If i am a vendor for shrooms in one country. i get exclusive this area? Think when i am in a small town with 100.000 - i get dead drops for sell. But if in the town 6 or 8 seller with dead drops...?

Yes, you're right, this can happen when this method of product transfer becomes more developed in your location. What I mean is that buyers and even sellers may purposely walk around looking for DDs in an attempt to steal them. We have studied the experience of Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries and found out that this problem has a solution. At the very beginning, you don't have to worry about theft, because few people understand what it is and how it works. However, when DDs become popular, you will have to look for better places and hide your goods more carefully.

I like the idea - agreed that dds could be a gamechanger, but the new method is not without its own set of risks.

Have you considered a "pilot drop" program - letting sellers hide something like a serial # in baggies in test hiding spots, and if potential buyers can simulate a transaction and successfully retrieve the #, some small convenience fee might be paid out by the platform (or a small sample??). Any change in ways of working will be stressful, so helping to demonstrate the effectiveness of the methodology while allowing sellers to "ease in" might increase adoption.

As a buyer, I'd also like to know what I could expect from this process - we might be avoiding the risk of the postal service, but we would instead be opening ourselves to a risk of ambush or surveillance. Sellers will need to be considerate of the buyers sensibilities when hiding.

We are also concerned with rivals and potential enemies, not everyone gets along with everyone in the same towns as much as the same cities or states, we don't want to be sent to a location where we feel we could be crossing a line we are not welcome, from simply just going to pick up some groceries from the store. Also should we be expecting to make a trip to corner store or are we catching a 3pm flight to Florida for the weekend?

You will see the approximate neighborhood where you are ordering DD. The convenience of this method is that you don't have to wait long for the product and you don't have to travel far

You can also pre-order - ask the seller to DD at your convenience. Of course, it won't be a specific point because it's not safe, but you can agree in advance that it should be no further than 5 km from the metro station or address you specify

Do y'all have a template of what the buyer would see once completing a purchase?
Ok so I'm talking for someone I'm working with locally and they asked me "How long does it take from time of purchase to get this location for the drop? Also how are we to know that this drop location spot isn't going to be a substantial distance from our current location? Like are we talking around the block? Are we talking a couple miles, couple hundred miles from current location from product? We don't care who is selling what, we want what we are being told the product is what it is said It is to be? What if we are sent to a location where a rival organization is located, are we granted immunity in the event of there being any differences between groups? We want to ask these questions because we don't want any problems, we want all our I"I"s dotted and our "T"s crossed, what can you share with us to give us some assurance that no issues should arise in this sort of situation?

Let me be a little clearer. The seller makes DDs and uploads the data to the site. The data is a photo, GPS and description. For example, “your DD is at the point shown in the photo, attached to the pipe with a magnet”. When the buyer makes a purchase, he/she gets this data. The buyers chooses a time and picks up the item. Different sellers can work in the same neighborhood, usually there are enough spots for everyone. Do not forget that couriers who make DDs, try to act covertly and do not get caught by other people and cameras.

i hope you understand as i want to run this business like any business and earn money
