Pressing LSD Microdots / Tablets / Pills
In this example we will be pressing 1000 x 100mg pills, dosed at 100ug LSD each.
You will need:
1: 100mg LSD Crystal
2: 9.9g Mannitol Powder
3: 90g Direct Compression Binder (Microcrystalline Cellulose or other)
4: 1l 95V Everclear / Spiritus Alcohol
5: 10ml Syringe
6: 500ml Beaker / Glass
7: Large Rectangular Pan / Baking Dish (Teflon or Glass)
8: Pestle and Mortar
9: TDP X Tablet Press
Step 1: Take 100mg LSD crystal + 9.9g mannitol, and mix it by hand in a beaker or a large glass. Step 2: Next slowly add the 95V Everclear with the syringe until all the powder is dissolved in the liquid creating a homogeneous solution. Then pour this solution into your pan and leave it to evaporate at room temperature. This will no doubt take a while but patience is key here. Once the Everclear has evaporated, it will leave a powder on the surface of the pan which will have absolutely equal dispersion of LSD crystal within the mannitol at 1% LSD, and 99% mannitol. This means that 10mg of the powder will contain 100ug LSD crystal, and you will have total 10g of powder in the pan. Step 3: Use a credit card to scrape the powder off the surface of the pan, and chop it with the card so that it makes a fine powder. Take your time with this because it must be very well powdered to have as equal dispersion as possible within the binder in the next step. Step 4: Next we need to do a dry mix of the 10g of the LSD/Mannitol mix we just made, with 90g of binder. First add the 90g of binder into the pestle and mortar, then mix in around 1g at a time of the LSD/Mannitol mix while grinding with the pestle and mortar. Again, take your time because equal dispersion is vital for accurately dosed tablets. With larger amounts, like 10,000 pills, a V Mixer should be used. After this mixing is complete, you will have 100g of powder, which you can use to press 1000 pills. Each pill will then contain 100ug LSD, 9.9mg Mannitol, and 90mg binder, with a total weight of 100mg per pill. Step 5: Place this final 100g of LSD/Mannitol/Binder into the funnel of the TDP X Pill Press and press the power button and follow the instructions included with your particular press. There will do doubt be some spillage / wastage during the whole process and this will make up a considerable percentage of your desired 1000 pills. This is why it is best to do 10,000 pill runs.
Allover i don't recommend any of tdp pill pressing machine for this task due to feeding system which ll cause heavier particles move down.
Highly recommend rotary machines with special system that keeps our mix homogenious.
