Users who practice chemsex often have erection problems. If we are not talking about systematic use, but about one-time actions, these issues are most frequently caused by vasoconstriction (vasoconstriction) and are not a sign of persistent disorders of the reproductive system. And, at the time of the use of some psychoactive substances, there is a contradiction - a fairly increased libido and erectile dysfunction.
A little theory:
Erection is a complex process that occurs with the interaction of the nervous system, smooth muscles of the arteries, sciatic-cavernous and bulb-cavernous muscles. In simple terms, when sexual arousal occurs, nerve impulses are transmitted that affect the expansion of the arteries supplying the penis. After that, the cavernous bodies of the penis are filled with blood, and to reduce blood flow, there is a contraction of the sciatic-cavernous and bulb-cavernous muscles, clutching the base of the penis, which creates a sufficiently high blood pressure inside, making the penis solid, capable of performing intercourse.
As a result of the use of most stimulants and euphoretics, the vessels (including those necessary to fill the cavernous bodies of the penis with blood) in the body are in a state of vasoconstriction, their smooth muscles are in tone and cannot relax properly. To solve this problem, we need to take drugs that will relax the smooth muscles of the arteries that feed the penis.
Drugs:
Sildenafil (Revatio,Viagra) is not the best way to use together with psychoactive substances due to pronounced side effects, most often hypertension and tachycardia. Not recommended.
Tadalafil (Cialis, Adcicria) is quite suitable for our purposes, but it is worth applying with caution 15-20 minutes before the alleged intercourse on the 1 pill. The effect of tadalafil typically lasts up to a day, so it is not worth taking in more. Recommended but used with caution.
Vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn) is quite suitable for maintaining an erection in our case. The manufacturer claims that for a full-fledged action of the drug it is worth increasing libido, as a rule, when chemsex, the accepted psychoactive substance and the mood of the user themselves cope with this. Take 10-20 minutes before the alleged intercourse. Recommended, be careful.
Udenafil (Zydena) is a good means to maintain an erection. Take 1 pill 15-20 minutes before the alleged intercourse. Recommended, be careful.
Yohimbin hydrochloride is a drug that is suitable for restoring potency, for example, after prolonged use, but is completely unsuitable for combination with psychoactive substances. Not recommended for chemsex, a drug of choice for potency recovery.
Dietary supplements and general metonizing drugs (ginseng tincture, eleutherococcus tincture, Wookie wookie, Irexis and other dietary supplements) are suitable purely for restoring erection after prolonged consumption. Often contain plant stimulants that are not recommended, being taken together with most psychoactive substances. Among other things, the effect of a single use of these dietary supplements and drugs is insignificant. May be recommended for reduction, but in chemsex some are ineffective and others are dangerous.
Before buying any of the drugs presented, read the instructions and contraindications - all this is in the public domain on the Internet. Above, I tried to present drugs for any taste and wallet. It is better to familiarize yourself with the drugs in advance and purchase the one suitable for you. If, for one reason or another, you have persistent erection problems - I recommend seeing a doctor in person, and not self-medication.
