There is much internet providers. But is confusing what provider to choose, their prices are various, but if price is not important but security is, what is the best option? Of course internet providers changes by region. All tele-technology companies have duty to give all your data about you if police asked. So if you don't use VPN or Onion, you can get easily busted if you do something unlawful.
Small quantity dealers don't care about encryption etc. And so these dealers putting in risk their sources.
I want here to discuss about some basic encryption methods explainable to "ordinary" dealers.
I want to also discuss phone number providers or other methods to be in contact with a phone number, because phone numbers still play a role.

--- best internet provider in USA, EUROPE?
--- basic encryption methods explainable to "ordinary" dealers?
--- other methods. i have seen sending sms and mms messages via internet. (i don't remember how it was done)
So it is possible to have "virtual" phone number?

For me personaly each one net provider is the same. The all using the same tech with other names. If u using onion router and you are the onion router at the same time then u r untraceable with data. Telemetric ? Really? With decentralized messenger not have to worry about corespondence. Public key if necessary. Never synchronize any data between normal and dark work phone. Always be ready to lost dark work phone. And for sure using only number registered for random the best with one device.
If u got most important data encrypted in your head than u r safe😉 it is only my opinion

I think internet providers as far as security for their customers are all the same. None of them will have a problem turning you into authorities if they think you are breaking the law. All of them have to answer to subpoena.

As far as messaging for the "ordinary dealer" I guess right now I would recommend Session. It is encrypted messaging. You can set up automatic deletion of old messages. It routes your messages though service nodes in other countries to hide your IP. You can also set up a pin or finger print to open the app. It isnt perfect but decent.

I like XMPP with OMEMO or OTR encryption. I dont think this would suit the average dealer
