Hydrochloric/muriatic acid is commonly accessible in hobby markets and household supplies stores in the drain cleaners section. It may be limited in strength depending on the country but it's generally not restricted in the EU in the same way as sulfuric acid and other acids are. It can be also purchased online without the same restriction that applies to sulfuric and other acids.
You can get sulfuric acid extracting of the electrolite of car batterys
That is technically true, but it's incredibly impractical. One car battery yields about 1 liter of medium strength acid (35-50 %) which becomes approximately 0.5 - 0.6 liters of concentrated acid after purification. That is not enough for most serious demands and since the acid must be purified anyway one might as well start with a drain cleaner so there's no battery to get rid of.

In the EU sulfuric acid up to 15 % is not restricted. You can find drain cleaners at 14-15 % in some stores, and purify it to strength. Pool supplies also have sulfuric acid for pH regulation.

This is no good, you need to find a different product that has sulfuric acid in it.
The extraction of pseudo from pills is covered in pretty much every video about the synthesis of meth from pills. Watch them first. The process is usually the same: grind the pills into powder, mix it in a solvent that dissolves pseudo and filter the mixture to remove the filler and binder. You'll be left with pseudo dissolved in solvent that you can then let evaporate to get pure pseudo powder.

Then check different shops with more specialized products. Sulfuric acid can also be purchased in pool supplies for pH regulation.

If you dont find any drain cleaner, I recomend you to buy a battery car, open and extract the electrolite, then boil it in a pyrex with cristal balls for safety, and got sulfuric ácid..
