I can't write in the chat room. What should I do?

Starting today, we are introducing stricter chat moderation. ​

Specifically:
1. New users can not write in the chat.
2. Chat is available only to Members and Residents.
3. If you have been on the forum for a couple of days and you like it, have posted a couple of posts on the forum and want to join the chat, then leave a request here and it will be quickly reviewed by the moderators/experts/administrators/chat managers.
4. Some users who have been on the forum for a long time have been given the authority to moderate the chat (they will be able to delete messages, block spammers, etc).
5. Chat access can be purchased at any time for $5 if you don't want to post in this thread and wait for your request to be reviewed. (Click)

Certain moderates have privileges to ban people instantly, which is a massive advantage over them plus with the help of the Forum members reporting and pinpointing out potential scammers and scammers we crack down on them

These new policies are going to instantly clean the chat way up. It's going to actually function now. Hopefully. Lucky for someone I am on the other side of the world so I'm that guy, the night shift in the day time guy

can I get chat access, I used to chat when I created my account but I was inactive for few weeks and saw this change

cuz there was some changes to avoid spam/bullshit in chat created by new users as far as i understand now.
