Hello, I have an idea to build such a tank for mephedrone synthesis .. what do you think, can you advise something, what to change?
hardware description:
conical tank 115l. attach the stirrer to the top cover,
make a hole for an additional substance inlet,
install a reflux condenser and a methylamine gas discharge hose (exhaust gas discharge hose).
tank wrapped with heating tape with thermostat. aaa and a thermometer to measure the temperature of the liquid during the reaction.

HEAT BELT
Thanks to the carbon fiber heater, we are able to use 40% less energy.

- Heating element - carbon fiber resistors
- Voltage: 230 VAC
- Power: 1500 W
- Temperature range: 0-90 ° C
- Dimensions: diameter 57/65 and height 60 cm
- Regulation: 0 to 90 ° C * by means of an electronic thermostat
- Degree of protection: IP65
- Marking: CE
- 12-month warranty
* The temperature at the target surface depends on the environmental conditions and the type of material or product to be heated or kept warm

conical tank with a frame 115l
The wall thickness of the tank is over 2 mm, it increases the service life and durability of the tank, so forget about frequent changes of traditional fermentation tanks (buckets) or the fear of damaging the wine tank, as is the case with glass balloons.

- Capacity 115 liters

- The large opening eliminates the problem of filling and cleaning the container as is the case with traditional wine balloons.

- The closing system based on 4 nuts placed on the upper base allows you to easily close the lid.

- The cover is made on 2 sides, which makes it stable and durable.

- The bottom valve of the tank with a diameter of 1 inch allows you to easily get rid of unnecessary fermentation residues without the need for troublesome overflow.

- 1/2-inch side tank valve allows you to easily pour your favorite liquor into bottles.

- The container is equipped with a scale, thanks to which we can easily determine the volume of beer or wort.

- A product made of a material that allows you to check the level of beer or other alcohol without opening the lid.

The electric stirrer mounted on the SMS connector allows for continuous mixing of the charges in the tank during heating. Prevents the filling from sticking and burning. For jacketed oil tanks: tank

The agitator consists of a driving part: a motor with a reducer and gear, a properly mounted shaft with a housing and a control box. The length of the shaft is adapted to a specific tank. All shaft elements are tight, there is no possibility of vapors or liquids escaping from the tank through the stirrer elements.

The shaft ends with a thread on which the head with blades is screwed on. The size and shape of the lamellas are selected - just like the shaft - for a specific tank. The blades are easily removable for convenient installation through the small holes (4 "filler is enough for manual mounting of the blades on the shaft or for washing.

As standard, the shaft is mounted with an SMS 2 "connector, there is an option to mount another, selected by the customer, with a connector.

All metal elements are made of acid-resistant steel, polished to a high gloss. It is possible to install the controller's security required by the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
construction cost:

tank PLN 900,
stirrer 2500 PLN,
heating belt PLN 6,000,
cooler 200 PLN,
couples weighing 200 PLN.
plus other parts additional PLN 500.
Total
: 10 300 PLN
