Question help at torzon? support ticket system not operational

First post apologies if I missed a FAQ faupaux.

I was lead here thinking it was the forum attached to a market I joined last week called Toroz. Seemslike an active place.. Not sure that's thia their forum, or just a for casenour fellow naughty hobbies. Either case. Maybe someone knows Toroz or someone there. Or knows where I can go to find someone. Not really a complainer so in a public forum this seems crude but I have no way I've found to reach a person, or star a support ticket, which seems set up to intake, but is not.

Issue is, I deposited 0.008+BTC. Shows in my balance. My deposits still show in my wallet screen. I still have the wallet records from the transaction.

I sent it and it says so like it should, on screen.

Can't spend a cent. Can't buy what I came there for around .007 BTC

Can't buy some cheap for .002 BYC

Can't but $1.50 raffle tickets.

Says I don't have enought BTC no matter what. SEEMS frozen. Cant without either

Anyone know how to get a hold of anyone there?

I need to put it in a wallet or spend it there.dont care. But can't just write it off.. I mean this place is a big one. Gotta be a mistake. I think?

I withdrew my funds from Torzon two days ago with no problems whatsoever. It's strange to hear about your problems.

My problem with torzon is no one messages me back when I enquire about a item/product checked the link its original not mirrored

Always be cautious about which domains you use, as search engines are being flooded with reverse proxy phishing domains.

If you log in through a phishing domain, the phisher can make the coins you send to them appear as your balance, but those coins have never reached us, and your actual balance is $0, which is why it shows that you do not have enough funds in your balance.

Additionally, the phisher can prevent the user from contacting support when they connect through their domain.
