Hello, I know that I will use 1.5g of iodine per gram of ephedrine, and 0.75 grams of phosphorus, but can I change this amount to increase the quality or quantity of the product?

How much should I use if possible

I also would like more details on this method, and also if it's possible in 50L buckets f.e.

I've heard that the efficiency is very low in large systems, so cooking 10 5-liter balloons at the same time instead of using one batch reactor would be commercially more efficient, but certainly more cumbersome

I completely agree. The reaction in volumes greater than 100-200 grams of ephedrine is not stable, my flask exploded!
Another option is to add iodine in small portions...
