Reagents:
Tbab
Sodium hydroxide
Amyl bromide
Napthoyl indole
Water
Isopropynol(isopropyl alcohol)

Synthesis:
1.Pour in flask 32 grams of sodium hydroxide, and pouring 100ml of water and mix until dissolved.
2.Fill in flask 50 grams of naphtoyl indole.
3.Add 10 grams of tbab in flask.
4.Add 46 grams of amyl bromide.
5.Stir your reaction mixture very well.
6.Set the the solution to heat up about 120*C and place teflone magnet in the flask and turn on stirring mode on the hotplate.
7.When mixture has 2 layers, we remove from heat, and add 1 liter of water for cleaning(attention don't use cold water, only room temperature allowed), mix until it will clean topper layer, now pour into beaker.
8.Collect topper layer with syringe, and pour topper layer using syringe.
9.Wait oil to crystalieze about 5-7 hours.
10.After crystalization add in beaker 100ml of isopropynol and heat about 85*C, and mix to dissolve crystaliezed oil.
11.After dissolving about in next 6 hours crystals will be visible, squeeze them out by vacuum filtration.
12.Wash crystals with isopropynol.
13.Place crystals in the bowl.
14.Wait until it will dry.
15.Product is done.

The higghs bosson said you can use this reaction for other cannabinoids including JWH-018.

Hello quick question this JWH 018 uses amyl bromide I haven’t seen any other synthesis include that in terms of JWH . Is this synthesis easier with amyl bromide.

what equipment do I need ? Is it still batch reactor , rotary evaporator and nutsche filter as the main equipment ?

is this a small scale recipe or large. What is the max I can produce realistically
