Question about 4'-Methylpropiophenone, Methylamine and N-methylpyrrolidone

Hello everyone!
Thank you owners for creating this awesome community.

So in order to synthesize 4mm I found vendors for the precursors - 4'-Methylpropiophenone, Methylamine and N-methylpyrrolidone.

But for 1g of 4'-Methylpropiophenone they are asking $20/g. Is it fine or too much?
I also want to know that if I buy these precursors, will the selling party suspect that I am making 4mmc?

Please tell me a few reasons which would make sense to seller as to why am I buying 4-Methylpropiophenone and N-methylpyrrolidone!
My answer: assume I have a chemical plant or science lab but don't know the next question's answer what chemical plant?

This would help me a lot.
