Help with Kleopatra

I am using Kleopatra for decrypt/encrypt and am having trouble with my first order from a dark net market!
I don't think I used the vendor PGP Public Key correctly so that when I tried decoding my instructions, I got an error: "No Secret Key Found"

Have you imported his public PGP key block?

1. Copy his public PGP key
2. Paste it into your kleopatra notepad
3. Click on copy & eventually approve your password and follow the instructions untill all steps have been completed and Kleopatra approves your import

Then you can encrypt data for this user by setting your notepad settings for 'Recipients' to 'Encrypt for others'

Have you already generate your private and public keys?
