I disagree Mephedrone being better than MDMA or being a substitute for it. To me, Mephedrone is more of a going out or partying with a bunch of people. But MDMA I usually take at home or somewhere cozy with my girlfriend and/or a few close friends. I guess you could use either one for either or even any other situation though...
