News DUTCH POLICIES?

Hi, yesterday I saw this articles talking about the drug policies in the netherlands, but I can't understand what the government is trying to do.

(the second articles talks about crimes, so it doesn't really matters)

Are they going to slowly ban the drugs (legal and not) or are they going to slowly make other drugs legal?
I know that now there's right-wing government butit's still a Constitutional Monarchy so what will be the "drug future" in the Netherlands

I think it would rather go the legalization way instead of banning all. But hey, its Europe, so everything can happen. As CBDC is coming as well, they might ban cash money and track you all down.
